Bath Bombs With A Shopkins Surprise Inside

Gwens Soap Creations

I love making all of these fantastic and fun bath bombs! With Christmas just around the corner I thought this would be a wonderful little gift for the kids and from what I have heard they cannot get enough of bath bombs period! It's so funny to see and hear how excited some of the younger ones react to how much they enjoy everything about a bath bomb, from the different colours to the shapes and how they smell it's just priceless in my opinion to watch their reactions as they talk to each other about this subject.

So to say the least I very much enjoy trying to make something that the little ones will just love and I'm sure the parents smile just as much as I do to see their happy little faces and how much they like them. With that being said I decided to make some Bubble Gum scented Bath Bombs, but even better they have a little Shopkins Surprise inside. I saw this fantastic idea on youtube of course, they just have so many wonderful ideas for everything and anything.

While I had all of my ingredients out I also decided to make some Goats Milk and Honey bath bombs because so very many people enjoy that scent and I would have to agree I just love it as well. So I thought I would share the outcome of my items. I also have a Facebook Page for Gwens Soap Creations if you would like to see some more of the items that I have made, stop by and feel free to like my page if you wish.

Well that was my little items I made and cannot get enough of all this handmade creative fun, hope you all have a Fantastic Day! :)

My First Craft Show Experience

I did it! I finally entered into a craft show with a great friend of mine just before Christmas and to say the least it was simply fantastic. I loved everything about the whole experience and learned some things that I should do to prepare better for next year. Even though we decided to enter the craft show just weeks before spur of the moment actually I am so happy we did.

There were so many things I noticed for example how many people truly love handmade items which is just amazing. Their was such a variety of different crafts that people had created it was eye opening to see the hard work and dedication that goes into the work that people put their heart and soul into. We interacted with some of the other individuals that had booths and everyone was very nice and just made you feel comfortable all around. This really helped me because I was so nervous not knowing what to expect or really how I was going to approach the whole thing. So this is what my table looked like.

I had my crochet items and also made some little girls headbands that I just loved making. My friend had a table as well and she makes the most beautiful afghans and probably the nicest cowls that I have ever seen. I was lucky enough that she gave a cowl to myself and my daughter and we both love them to bits.

My husband also had made me a great set up to display my crochet hats that was just wonderful and worked out perfectly. I also made some cute little display holders for my headbands and got this idea from Pinterest which is no surprise I seriously love Pinterest.

So overall I have to say I loved the whole craft show experience from start to finish. My friend and I had a great time and I am looking forward to our next craft show adventures in the future.

Have a fantastic day everyone!!!

My Personal Crochet Favourites

Happy Friday everyone! I am crocheting another project at the moment but took a few minutes today to look through some of my crochet pieces that I have made while trying to put together my new craft room as well. The craft room is coming along however there are still so many things I want to do before revealing the finished outcome.

I decided to post three of my favourite crochet pieces that I have made and looking back at them just made me smile!

My pug hat is at the top of my list of course as I have two amazing little pugs Tiffany and Rosie.
Have a fantastic weekend everyone!
